Large Power Commercial Electric: For those customers using three phase electrical power and whose rate of demand exceeds 50 KW (integrated 15 minute rate) at least three (3) months of the previous four (4) summer months of June, July, August and September, or is reasonably expected to exceed 50KW of demand during three (4) of four summer months.

            Demand Charge of $4.00 per KW maximum 15-minute integrated demand
